Every single food is selected, prepared and packaged by highly skilled staff in meat processing within our laboratory. Purchase on site

To buy Vincenzo Calvino Bottega delle Carni products navigate through the online catalog, where for each product is given the name, a brief description, an image for example and the price. You can buy more pieces of the same product. Orders will be made through Whatsapp by entering the code and amount, view the summary at the cash register and proceed to the order completion. You will need to enter your personal details and your delivery address. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time before payment. If the products presented on the site are no longer available at the time of order delivery, the seller will be responsible for communicating customer information via email or Whatsapp. Once the contract is signed, by e-mail or Whatsapp, the Bottega delle Carni will send you the purchase order receipt with all the information in the order form.

 

Payment Methods

Payments can be made through Credit Card, Paypal. The goods will be ready for shipment upon receipt of the payment.

 

Shipment and delivery

Purchases made from Monday to Thursday morning before 12.00 are charged by courier on the same day. Purchases from Monday to Thursday after 12 o'clock will be charged at 12 o'clock the following day. Orders made from Friday to Sunday, or on public holidays, will be charged within the first business day following the order. Delivery within 48 hours from courier delivery is guaranteed. Deliveries are made throughout the national and international territory, including the islands. The customer can decide the delivery address. Expenses and shipment times may vary depending on the weight of the goods and the delivery address.

 

Food Packing

To ensure that food remains intact in quality and freshness during transport, the packaging of the products takes place in a special way, in order not to interrupt the cold chain and ensure its best preservation. In accordance with the hygienic-sanitary regulations for the conservation of perishable foods, through the adoption of a specific HACCP system, each meat cut is individually packaged in heat shrinkable vacuum packs, which allow the film to adhere to the meat. The products are then placed in special boxes in an isothermal material (EPS) specifically designed for the transport of fresh groceries. Finally, a sufficient amount of gel ice is added to the box to ensure the refrigeration state until delivery. The box is carefully sealed and sealed with two stamps bearing our logo before being placed in the transport box, sealed with PassioneBistecca.com stickers and sealed with adhesive tape. The presence of our newsletters arises from the need to facilitate the customer's assessment of the integrity of the parcel. If the parcel is found to be counterfeit or the amount of merchandise is incorrect, the customer, or the withdrawal person, will have to present it on the transport bubble and must contact our company within and not later than 24 hours later. If this procedure is not followed, our company is not responsible for the damage and will not provide any integration or replacement of the products in question.

 

Use and storage

The ideal procedure for using our products, from the opening of the package to the wrap removal, to the baking mode is explained in detail in a photo tutorial. If you do not intend to consume meat during the day, it is recommended not to remove the products from the vacuum pack and store them in a refrigerator strictly at a temperature between 0 and +2 degrees until the expiration date on the packaging.

 

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal as defined in Art. 55 of the Consumption Code (De.L. 06/09/2005, No 206 - Official Gazette 08/10/2005, No.235) can not be applied to contracts for the supply of perishable foods, beverages or Of other household goods of current consumption supplied at the domicile of the consumer, at his place of residence or at his place of work.
